Our studio is fully equipped with state of the art equipment. We have machines from Tuff Stuff, Body Solid,Precor,Landis and a wide variety of functional Training Equipment.
We have a separate cardio room with treadmills,ellipticals &stationary bikes. Many clients enjoy coming in prior to their training session to get in a little extra cardio work while watching TV or listening to music.
